If you subscribed via our website and would like to cancel, you can do so easily and independently. Below are the steps and a few helpful pointers to ensure everything goes smoothly.
How to Cancel
- Click the cancellation link provided here:

- Enter your email address — a magic login link will be sent to you.
Open the link from the email to log in to your account and complete the subscription cancellation.
If you see an error message like “Incorrect email address or password. Please check your credentials and try again.” it means your account may either have been deleted or its setup wasn’t fully completed.
- If you deleted your account or never fully completed the registration process, choose the option “Don’t have an account? Sign up” – you’ll be guided to create one.
- Once your account is active again with the correct email, return to the cancellation link and proceed.
If you completed registration but forgot your password, you can reset it here. Once you have a working password, revisit the cancellation link and finish the steps.
What Happens After Cancellation
By cancelling, you’ll disable automatic renewal. Your premium features will remain available until the end of your current billing period. After that, the subscription will not renew and your access will revert to the free-version features.
