If you deleted your account by going to Settings → Profile → Delete Account, please note that the subscription itself is not automatically canceled. Deleting your account removes your in-app data (like test results and progress) but does not stop billing.
What to do next
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps in our How to cancel Breeze Wellbeing website subscription article (or the relevant article for App Store/Google Play, depending on where you signed up). This ensures the automatic renewal is turned off and your billing ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
Why deleting the account doesn’t stop charges
The deletion process and the subscription process are separate:
- Deleting your account handles your data and access.
- Cancelling your subscription stops the recurring payments. Because they’re independent, one action doesn’t trigger the other automatically.
